Terms and Conditions

• You must be at least 16 years old and give us accurate information.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and we recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• Tell us straight away at the email below if you think someone else has used your account.

• You need an active plan to use the Service. Each plan has its own limits, such as workspaces, social accounts, team seats and uploads, shown on the plans page.
• Some plans start with a free trial. When the trial ends, you need to pay to keep using the Service.
• Payments are currently made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by bank transfer. Your plan becomes active once we have confirmed the payment, and lasts for the period you paid for.
• If a plan is not renewed, it ends and the workspaces you own close until you pay again. Your content is kept for a reasonable time so you can continue where you left off.
• We may change prices or plans. Changes apply from your next payment, and we will tell you in advance.
• If you think a payment was taken by mistake, contact us and we will look into it.

• When you connect a social account, you allow us to publish content and read analytics for it on your behalf. You must have the right to use every account you connect.
• You must follow the rules of each platform (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube). They can change or limit their features at any time, which may affect the Service.
• We connect to platforms through third-party services. We work hard to publish every post on time, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will accept or show a post, and we are not responsible for a platform's decisions.

You keep ownership of the posts, media and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and publish that content only as needed to run the Service and as you direct. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to everything you post.

You must not use the Service to:

• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam or run fake or automated engagement;
• spread malware, or try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the Service or other people's accounts;
• copy, resell or rent the Service, or get around plan limits.

• The owner of a workspace is responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give them. Team seats count across all workspaces the owner has.
• Members act on the owner's behalf. The owner can change roles or remove members at any time.
• A workspace closes for the owner and members if the owner's plan ends.

AI writing and image tools can make mistakes. Check everything they produce before you publish it; you are responsible for what you post. Do not enter private or sensitive information you would not want processed by our AI providers. AI features may have usage limits.

We keep improving the Service, so features may change, be added or be removed. We may also pause the Service briefly for maintenance. We will try to tell you in advance about changes that affect you significantly.

• You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your settings. Deleting an account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost followers, lost data or missed posts. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, but please contact us first so we can try to sort it out.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
